Welcome to Mastiffsåsens kennel. My name i Kristin and I live with my husband Stig and our daughter Mathilda at a farm in Bohuslän. This is called Hedängen and are situated in Strömstad, Sweden..
I grew up with dogs, as a child we had an doberman pinscher and then there came more dogs. I worked some years at dogkennels and shelters, where I had an wonderful time. Then I bought me an Grand Danois and we had a very happy time together.
When I moved to Strömstad I got me an Rottweiler, a bitch who had one litter. At that time I started to considered of buying me an molosser. I have had my eyes on the breed Dog de Bordeaux for many years, but at that time it was quite difficult to get one.
After some time I got in toutch with a breeder in Norway, she sent me further to an other kennel. From them came our first DDB.
In our kennel we only breed on healthy and mentaly nice dogs with the right look. Our puppies are raised in the house with us and are used of children, cats and other animals at our farm. We follow the regulations of SKK - Swedish kennel club. When the pups have reached age for delivery at 8 weeks they are vacinated, ID-tagged, veterinary cheked, dewormed, registrated in SKK and insured fo hidden faults for 3 years.
Im always reachable if there would be something, 24 hours a day!
